The project consists of 15 high-end apartments, situated in an 18th century building that will be meticulously restored. In just 24 hours, 12 of the 15 units were sold, and the remaining three were reserved in the following 24 hours.
One of the things to note is that 90% of the buyers are Portuguese citizens.

Lisbon has the most expensive square meter in the country, and in the last six months house prices have risen by almost 4%. With demand still high, quick sales are taking place, as was the case with the 141 Gomes building, sold in 48 hours, with a two-bedroom apartment going for 750 thousand euros.
